Online Authoring Event is a hit!

In October 2009, students were encouraged to contribute to Kids for Kids BooksTM first Online Writing Adventure by voting on the genre for a story, then writing and submitting chapters and finally reading the chosen works as they were added. One of our Individual Young Authors was busy combining and editing the great story ideas received and the entire story "Mystery at The Blue Whale" has now been published as an eBook and in paperback.  A celebration launch party was held on Family Day - February 15, 2010 - click on the link above for full details.

Burlington Public Library Event

Our KfK Books Individual Authors often get the opportunity to attend events to display and read from their books.  These events give the young author the opportunity to build valuable life skills such as presenting in front of an audience and in turn inspire new young writers.
